He also was designated a Tier III sex offender and is required to register with the local sheriff’s office every 90 days for the rest of his life.
Last month Sheeler pleaded guilty to two counts of pandering sexually oriented material involving a minor and four counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.
The investigation started in May after Miamisburg police received a referral from the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, according to the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office.
Sheeler was indicted on Aug. 20.
